"I am beyond thrilled with our newly completed bathroom upgrade (removing bath and replacing with shower tray). Our first contact with Jim proved to be positive and although the estimate sounded too good to be true, we agreed to the work. it was carried out by Alec and James - 2 better tradesmen you could not meet. They were punctual, obliging, very thorough and the work was completed to a very high standard. All the rubbish was removed when it was planned for - again a tidy job - so I can now access the shower without having to do acrobatics over the side of the bath. Happy to recommend this company to anyone needing work done."

"We were recommended Complete Bathrooms UK by a friend who not only had the bathrooms in his own home fitted by Complete Bathrooms UK, but so also did his daughters. Jim who attended to advise us on our requirements and importantly, listened to us, discussed what our requirements were then was refreshingly honest in telling us that his company could not promise to do the work straight away, but if we went ahead with the project would give us a specific date for the work to commence. The price was right - in fact far better than we had been quoted elsewhere - and so we agreed. So very pleased we did. As luck would have it Jim’s guys arrived a week prior to the date promised, spent two days ripping out our bathroom and en suite and during their time with us were polite, good humoured and courteous. The tiler and his mate arrived on time, did a brilliant job and cleaned up after themselves. The following day the guys arrived back to fit the bathroom and en suite furniture. One point that pleased us was that during the installation the guys kept us abreast of everything they did and ensured that anything they thought required our attention immediately brought it to our notice. The whole process took just under four and a half days. When the job was completed the guys tidied up and removed all of the old furniture and rubbish and left the place spotless. We are both delighted with the work done and have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Complete Bathrooms UK to anyone who is flummoxed by the numerous companies and outrageous quotes out there.
